BUFFALO WILD WINGS BUFFALO CHIPS
Just like the restaurant version!
Grab yourself some yellow potatoes
Bake just until barely tender
Slice into thick rounds
Heat oil on stove or in deep fryer to 325°F
Hint: it's easiest with a digital thermometer
Fry the potatoes for 2-3 minutes...
Remove potatoes and increase oil temperature to 375°F
Fry again for another 1-2 minutes
until golden and crispy!
Salt generously and serve immediately
