Shaved Fennel and Orange Salad

a simple and refreshing raw salad with only 6 ingredients

•fennel •oranges •red onion •olive oil •salt and pepper

Trim the peel off the oranges

Slice between the wedges to "supreme" the orange

Remove the fennel fronds

Shave the fennel on a mandoline slicer

Add shaved red onion

And the orange slices

Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper
