A few days ago, I got a happy surprise – as it turns out, I am the winner of the free trip to Club Med Ixtapa this January for a week of Food Blogger Camp! I’ll be hanging out with Dianne Jacob of Will Write for Food, David Lebovitz, Jaden Hair of Steamy Kitchen, Michael and Donna Ruhlman, Matt Armendariz of Matt Bites, Diane Cu and Todd Porter of White on Rice Couple, Elise Bauer of Simply Recipes, food stylist Adam Pearson, and (I hope) lots of other food bloggers for a week of taco stands, tequila tastings, market tours — oh yeah, and sure-to-be-useful workshops on photography, multimedia training, and more from the beaches of western Mexico.
